ベテランのナースの方がフレンドリーで、ドクターも優しい感じの方です。
受付の方は私語はしていますが、不快な想いはしていません＾＾

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナの検査で対応が大変なのは分かりますが、きちんとして欲しいです。
指示に従ってクリニック様へ計3回電話しました。
確認したかったのは、受診が可能か、その上でPCR検査が可能かそれだけでした。
①午前の受付枠はいっぱいです。午後の診療はまた11時になったら電話してください。
→②再度電話すると.午後の診療は14:30になったら電話ください。
③かかりつけ医じゃないと診察出来ません。
→かかりつけ医がコロナ感染者が出て休院中。
1番初めに、整理して確認してください！
名前も確認されないので同じ説明をその度に。
病院側も忙しいなら尚更の事かと思います。
受付対応が適当過ぎると感じてしまいました。
結局、受診できないこと1番最後に。
