S	Spencer俊吉 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地域密着型のお店なので、一見さんの私には理解出来無い事ばかり。カミナリの演出は別にして、数店しかお好み焼き屋の経験は無いんですが…。m(_ _)mココのお好み焼きは具材ばかり…。てか小麦粉が少ないので、お好み焼きがカタチにならない…。何て言ったら良いのか10cmのお好み焼きでも？返そうとすると崩れちゃう！！まぁ、小麦粉の生煮えになるよりマシなんですけどね！具材は結構生でも食べれる（生煮えでも）具材が多い様に感じます。もんじゃも注文しましたが…。私は良く知りませんがm(_ _)mもんじゃはヘラにくっつけて食べるらしいですが…。小麦粉が少ないので？？（野菜が多くて？）ヘラにくっつかない！！オコゲ？？が出来にくい！！んですよ…。私は他のお店でお好み焼きを食べた時に…？こんなにひっくり返すのが大変だった記憶は無いんです！m(_ _)mもんじゃも一回しか経験無いですが…。もっと汁が多くて？オコゲが出来てヘラにくっついた気がするんですよ…。m(_ _)m味以前の問題なので…。m(_ _)m It's a community-based shop, so I can't understand at first sight myself.
