先に稚鮎の焼きをつまみ、そのあとにおまかせで握りをいただきました。
煮魚はやっていないようです。
鯛・だるまいか・いさきの炙り・まぐろ・鯵・鰯・小肌・穴子・あおやぎ・貝柱・海老・いくら・鉄火巻きなどなど。
どれも美味しく、いまいちなものがありませんでした。
シャリとワサビはいい意味で個性がなく、ネタと調和していてまとまりのあるお鮨でした。
ご主人がネタに合わせて、タレや塩をつけて提供してくださいます。
全体的に味つけはしっかりめですが、素材の風味はちゃんと感じることができ、意外でした。
ネタとシャリのバランスもちょうどいいです。
店内はこじんまりとしていて、ご主人のお人柄の良さからなのか、朗らかな空気感でした。
常連さんが多いみたいです。
美味しかったので、また行きたいと思います。
