★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 年配の知人から、昔から「三澤屋さんのごま最中」と聞いていました。『米澤最中』100数十年守り続けておられる味です。甘すぎず優しい味です。お店も歴史を感じさせるたたずまいです。日持ちの関係で、他のお菓子含めて、作り置きは最小限にしているようです。注文すれば、その場で作って下さいます。
I've heard from an elderly acquaintance that "Misawaya-san's sesame monaka" has been around for a long time. "Yonezawa Monaka" is a taste that has been preserved for more than 100 years.
