知る人ぞ知る、新宿三丁目の居酒屋「西尾さん」。やっっっと来れた!予約の取れない大人気の居酒屋です。西尾さんがお一人で切り盛りされてます。 居酒屋としてなんでも美味いんだけど、絶品おでんがおススメのお店。(静岡おでんらしい)汁が染みまくってるタネに鰹節ベースの特製のふりかけ(?)をかけるんだけどこれが最高。濃いめのお出汁もすごい美味い。他には、甘酢の炙り〆鯵、ネギトロカナッペ、パリパリに揚がった 手羽先、揚げじゃがバターの塩辛乗せ。〆にサービスでお出汁のたっぷり効いたお味噌汁を堪能。どれも最高でした。そしてなにより西尾さんのお人柄が素晴らしくて幸せなひと時でした。また予約チャレンジしよっと。(空調が悪いので、店内は揚げ物の油の匂いで充満してます。前身まるごと強烈な油の匂いが付くので、そこは覚悟の上で。w)

細い裏路地の中に地下に降る階段を降りるとお店があります。 当日電話予約オンリーでなかなか予約が取れないと噂の西尾さんに連れて行っていただきました。 だし粉をかけるタイプの静岡おでんも絶品でしたが、 入荷しているかしていないかわからない昆布の焼酎お湯割が感動的な美味しさでした! カップルも多かったです。 オーナーの西尾さんが素敵な紳士でした

10年以上前に初めて行きました。当時から人気店だった為なかなか予約が取れず頻繁には行くことは出来ませんが、先日奇跡的に予約出来、2年半ぶりに行きました。 相変わらず何を食べても美味しい!そして安い!!こんな人気店なのにオーナーのお人柄は全く変わらずなところにも感動しました。

14時ごろに連絡をして、予約が入っているらしく19時までの席を確保に成功。電話時に1人でやっているので料理やドリンクの提供に遅れが出るのでご了承下さいと、他にも何点か注意点を言われました。僕的には最初にデメリットを話してくれるのは◎ 店の看板は凄く小さな物が、、笑初見の人は迷う人がいそう。 店内に着くと全席予約のパネルで埋まっていて宅数分の傘を入れるバケツが置いてあり、おもてなしがいいお店と思いました。 恐らく店主の西尾さんが1人で回しているのですが分からない料理などの説明をしっかりしてくれて紳士的なお爺ちゃんでした。料理は連れがトマトのキムチを絶賛してました。 料理は普通ですが雰囲気は◎。カップルなどで来るにはいいお店だと思います。

13:30に電話をして無理かな?と思いましたが、奇跡的に予約ができて、初来店✨ 予約の電話のときから、お店のルールだったりを細かく説明してくれて、西尾さんの良い人感が滲み出ていました。 お店に入ってからもしっかりと注文の仕方を細かく教えてくださって、はじめて来店した人にもとても丁寧で優しいです。 そして、お料理も全部美味しくて価格も安い!コスパ抜群です! 昆布と干し梅割りの焼酎がとても美味しかった!次回は昆布を京都に仕入れに行けないので、無いかもと言われました! 西尾さんの人柄、お店の雰囲気、味、価格、全てに花丸をつけたいです?
