先生はちょっとぶっきらぼうですが、親身に症状と具合をみていただいたようで、しっかりこどものことを考えてくださっているようです。
ただし、受付担当が非常に粗悪で、以前問診票をwebで書くことを知らずにいったところ、態度悪く説明されたようです。
その後も外来で伺うたびに、受付のやる気を感じない、こどもがさわぐのをうっとおしく感じている気配があるなど、小児科という以前に社会人として不適合な方々が受付担当されているようです
（そもそもwebで色々完結しているので受付もそんなに何人も必要もないのですが、、、）
先生：星４ 受付：星-3で合計星2とさせていただきます。
妻も行くたびに受付の対応で意気消沈しているので、今後は他の皮膚科へ伺う予定です。
商売において受付がいかに大事かを思い知ることになったいい経験として受け止めておきます

予約のシステムエラーが多くて電話で問い合わせしたり、予約を取り直したりすることが多いです。受付のせいではないことは分かってますが事実を伝えて、困っているという事なのに不機嫌そうにされるのはこっちがめんどくさいと感じてしまいます。大人な対応してほしいです。電話する時は、はー、また受付と話すのか、、、と嫌になります。
