2階建て、エレベーター有りです。
１階には西尾市観光協会が入り、2階がメインフロアになります。
大ホールと多目的ルームがあり、大ホールはA・Bの2室に分けての利用が可能なので、会議は勿論ですが、講演会・懇親会・展示会・総会・商談会などさまざまな行事に対応可能だそうです。
多目的ルームは3分割で利用できます。
企業や団体などに所属されている方は使う機会があるのではないでしょうか！？
また2階には、西尾市在住の画家・斎藤吾朗先生の作品『西尾赤い結び井桁』が飾られており、縦約２メートル・横約２．6メートルの絵は圧巻です。
駐車場は47台分あるそうで、有料駐車場となっています。

郷土の歴史が良くわかります。
キューピーの創立者が西尾出身とは初めて知りました。
