夜勤手当１回1000円ちょっとしか貰えず、不満を抱える職員が多く感じました。
ちなみに夜勤時間16時から翌10時(18時間拘束2時間休憩)
ここでは夜勤やりたくない！
夜勤勤務時間に対しての手当があまりにも酷すぎる！

他のところの夜勤手当の方がマシだよ。
