★ ★ ★ ★ ★ マシンジムにトレーニングに行きました。程よくトレーニング出来ますがフリーウェイトなどはないです。マトリックスと書いたそれぞれの部位用のマシンがあるのでそれなりに出来ると思います。二頭筋を鍛えるマシンかもう少し重いダンベルもあればなぁと思いました。工夫でどうにかなります。
I went to the machine gym for training. You can train moderately, but there are no free weights. I think that it can be done as there is a machine for each part written as Matrix. I thought there would be a machine that trained biceps or a slightly heavier dumbbell. How ingenious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 600円でジムを利用しました。バーベル、ダンベルを使うウェイトトレーニングはできず、マシーントレーニングになりますが、コロナ禍で運動不足の身には効きました。更衣室とシャワーが無料で利用できるのは有り難い。
I used the gym for 600 yen. Weight training using barbells and dumbbells is not possible, and it is machine training, but it was effective for those who lacked exercise due to corona damage. We are grateful that the changing rooms and showers are available free of charge.

ゴルフの打ちっぱなし(時間内球数上限なし)があり初心者でも料金が安いので使い勝手がいいです！他にも卓球があったりジムがあったりと比較的使いやすい施設になっていると思います！是非みなさんも利用してください＼(^o^)／

It is easy to use because there is a golf course (there is no upper limit on the number of balls in the time) and the fee is cheap even for beginners! I think that it is a relatively easy-to-use facility with other table tennis and gym! Please use it by all means \ (^ o ^) /
