松	松田英樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地鶏三昧／鳥喜久金曜日の夜に訪問。予約を入れて訪問。駅から歩いて5分。入店時間は20時前。店内にはカウンター席と小上がり席。前者に案内され着席。とりあえずビールで乾杯する。お通しは湯豆腐、とろろ昆布が関西っぽい。この日頂いたのは以下の料理。・鳥刺し盛合せ（2000円）・唐揚げ（730円）・比内串秋田（600円）・播百日串兵庫（500円）・ヒネ串兵庫（450円）・天草大王串熊本（800円）・コーチン串愛知（600円）・宮崎串宮崎（500円）・とり蕎麦半（550円）鳥刺しは色々な部位を頂ける。珍しい部位もある。頼んだ串は全て塩で全国地鶏を食べ比べ。比内は上品な味、ヒネはワイルドな食感と風味。初めて頂いた天草大王は濃く深い旨味な一品。〆でラーメンを頂いたが少し醤油臭くいまいち。辺鄙な場所にお店があるが鳥好きにはたまらないお店だ。 Local chicken madness / Yoshihisa Tori Visited on Friday night.
