A conscientious recycle shop. Delivery and assembly are cheap, polite and quick. The price is cheap and I would like to ask if there is anything again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗濯機3ヶ月も経たないうちに壊れてしまいました。まだ新しいものだったのでまさか壊れるとは思わず保証書を捨ててしまっていたので交換対応もしていただけませんでした。たしかに保管していなかったのはこちらのミスですがそれにしても中古とはいえ3ヶ月もたないものを得るのは如何なものかと。対応していただいた方も無理ですの一点張りでとても気分が悪かったです。二度と行きません。
The washing machine broke in less than 3 months. Since it was still new, I didn't think it would break and I had thrown away the warranty card, so I couldn't replace it. It was a mistake here that I didn't keep it, but I wondered what it would be like to get a used one that was less than three months old. It was impossible for those who responded to it, and I felt very sick with a single point. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a lot of stuff from this shop, communication was mostly through e-mail. Managed to push the price a little bit further down too. On the day of the delivery, 2 people came and they were incredibly polite. Itoi-san tested every single appliance before leaving and the appliances themselves were properly cleaned and in perfect condition. Since the delivery was only today, I can't say much about how well the stuff will hold up in the next weeks but I'm keeping the receipt for the 3 month guarantee.
