★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 格闘技(フルコン空手)の世界で実績を残された先生より、武術の真髄を教えていただける。先生はお若く非常に柔和だがすでに何冊も著作を出され格闘技の技術にも武道武術の技術にも精通されており、これまで格闘技をがんばってきたがもっと奥深いことが知りたい、年齢や体力を超えた術理を学びたい、という人には本当にお薦めだと思う。
