場所はCoCo壱番屋東京メトロ西日暮里駅前店や、スナック、世界平和統一家庭連合西日暮里教会があるところです。
【良い】
1.厠に行った際、女将さんがタオルを用意してくれている。それも厠から出てくるまで待ってくれています。
2.大将、タメ口もなく、敬語を使っています。
3.他の客が帰ったあと、熱湯で机を消毒。
4.何処ぞの寿司屋と違い、大将以下、マスクしています。大将は帽子も被っていました。
5.山葵は手作業で摺っていました。本物の山葵です。
【駄目】
1.残念ながら、サーモンや真鯛などありませんでした。仕入れの関係？
2.決済は現金のみ。こういったお店だと仕方ないのかも。
