★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 少し路地を入ったところにあるモダンな雰囲気の喫茶店です。アイスの乗ったワッフルは焼きたてでサクサクとした食感。ハチミツのトッピングにしましたがサラッとした味わいでした。自家焙煎のコーヒーはコクもあるしとても良い香りです。ミルクとシロップは入れない方がいいかも。

コーヒー（エチオピア）と胡桃のシフォンケーキを注文。
香り高く苦味と酸味のバランスが丁度良いエチオピア。ふわふわの食感でクリームは甘過ぎず、コーヒーのお供にピッタリな胡桃のシフォンケーキ。しかもコーヒーは、自家焙煎。至福の時間でございます。
金ヶ崎の住宅街の中にあり、お店の外観もも他の民家と変わらないので、少し見つけづらいかな？と思います。その代わり、隠れ家的な要素満載です。
