カスタードは丁度良い温度でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の20時頃お邪魔しました。
閉店間際なのでほとんど商品はありませんでしたが、残っていた「高山しょうゆだんご」を購入。
高山にルーツを持つ身としては、この商品名はいかがなものかと思ってしまうんですよね。
飛騨地方では醤油団子を「みたらしだんご」というので、せめて「高山みたらしだんご」と名付けてほしいかな。
これなら甘いみたらしだんごとも区別がつきますしね。
さて、この高山しょうゆだんご、味があまりしません。
非常に薄い醤油味。
軽く炙り、醤油をつけて再度炙る、そしてまた醤油を塗る、という飛騨地方のだんごの作り方をしてなさそうな味と食感。
食感は出来立てじゃないからしょうがないかもしれませんが、味が薄いのはなんとも…。
醤油の塗りをもう少し多くしてほしいなぁ。
醤油味のキリッとしただんごを想像するとちょっと戸惑うかもしれませんが、小腹を満たすには悪くないえんさん。

In the Hida region, soy sauce dumplings are called "Mitarashi dango", so I'd like you to at least name them "Takayama Mitarashi dango".

By the way, this Takayama salty sauce dango doesn't taste much.
