★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 野田さんに担当して頂きました。今回県外から大阪への引っ越しで、コロナ禍の中、なかなか行くのが難しいので内覧について相談した所、すぐにオンラインでの内覧を提案して頂いた上に、相談した同日、内覧したいマンションに行ってくださいました☺️。繁忙期で忙しいなかでも感じよく対応して下さり、オンラインでの内覧は不安な面もありましたが、細い所まできっちり見せたり説明して頂いた為、安心して物件選びをする事が出来ました！慣れない土地に引っ越す予定で、家の周りの環境にも不安がありましたが近くの駅まで実際歩いてくれたり、昼と夜両方の環境を見せてくれたりと、とても細やかな心遣いを感じました。野田さんのおかげで理想のマンションに出会う事が出来ました！家探しは賃貸大阪さんに頼むのが1番だと思います！

節々で、何か気になることがあったら言ってくださいね！と、丁寧な対応をしてくださりました。今回紹介していただき気に入った物件のガス設備が旧式で見たことも無く、仕様がわからず質問するとガス会社に確認していただきました。
ガス会社の方もあまり理解していなかったようで曖昧な回答だったにも関わらず、藪内さんは何度も質問の仕方を変えて疑問を解消してくださいました。
他の店舗の方だったら「わかりませんでしたすいません」と諦められていたと思います。
入居前に設備の面で気になった部分も(少し無茶な要望だったのにも関わらず)貸主さまと交渉してくださり納得いく形で契約することができました！
今まで色々な不動産屋さんにお伺いさせてもらいましたが、こんなに親身に対応していただいたのは初めてです。藪内さんと藤岡さん以外のスタッフの方々も笑顔で対応してくださり、うるさい子供を連れての訪問でしたが皆様忙しそうにしながらも沢山気配りして頂きました。
将来的にこの土地を離れるかもしれませんが、出来ることならまた担当して頂きたいと思えるお2人でした。

Even though the gas company didn't seem to understand it very well and the answer was ambiguous, Mr. Yabuuchi changed the way he asked questions many times and solved the question.
I think other stores would have given up saying, "I'm sorry I didn't understand."
Before moving in, I was able to negotiate with the lender about the parts that I was concerned about in terms of equipment (despite the fact that it was a bit unreasonable request), and I was able to make a convincing contract!
I have visited various real estate agents so far, but this is the first time I have been so kind to them. The staff other than Mr. Yabuuchi and Mr. Fujioka responded with a smile, and although it was a visit with a noisy child, everyone seemed to be busy, but they were very attentive.
They may leave this land in the future, but if possible, they would like to be in charge again.

県外からの引越しで大阪の土地勘が全くない私に大阪の土地柄を丁寧に教えてくださり、お部屋を決める上でとても勉強になりました。また、私が提示した条件を更に掘り下げてなぜその条件が良いのかを深く聞いてくださり、そこから私にぴったりなお部屋をたくさん提示してくださったので、沢山ある物件から最終的に私にとってベストな物件を効率的に選ぶことができました。
入居日を早めさせてほしいという私のわがままをうまく仲介業者の方々の間で取り持ってくださり無事入居日を間に合わせることができ、大変感謝しています。
県外からの引越しのため実際に内見に行けず、寸法を測れなかったのですが、寸法を快く受けてくださり大変助かりました。
これらのコミュニケーションも明るく丁寧でお話しやすくお返事も早かったので、安心してお任せすることができました。
