★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ローコスト住宅で話題の秀光ビルドの尼崎の住宅展示場。ショールームとモデルハウスが2棟あり。駐車場あり。総合住宅展示場ではないので、わざわざここだけを見に行くことになるが、資金計画やライフプランを考え、生涯賃金の中で住宅にどれだけのコストをかけて、何にお金を残すのかなどを考える上でも参考になると思います。
