R	Rosa Ciao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect service, the true Japanese hospitality. The dinner served in the room was amazing. Room is clean. The onsen is spacious, not packed, without noisy tourists. Will definitely come back!

Staff went out of their way to take us to the station in time to catch the train. There is an excellent and efficient public transport network. Good surprise taking into consideration the price.

A team of professional staff are ready to offer their expertise. The staff were probably some of the most friendliest hotel staff.

I was personally walked to the room after check in with intro to all the room amenity. The tea service shortly followed. The room is very spacious and the bathroom is modern and very big too. Room come with Omakase dinner served in the room. The hotel offer shuttle to town as it is one of the farthest from the main thoroughfares and train station. Written communication with the hotel is no problem at all on English prior to arrival. Front desk staff speak good enough English too. Good breakfast spread with both Japanese and western options. The hotel also has a Onsen offering both indoor and outdoor pool.

The Restaurant for dinner is very good. Our room had the open air bath which was relaxing but really warm. We thought the room decor was nice.

Nice city to explore in the evening. Wonderful forest view from our room. Easy access to hot springs. Buffet breakfast is a shame for this category of price.
