大変お忙しいのは理解できます。 でも、「人」としてではなく「物」として扱われた気がしました。再診でしたが5秒診察でした。耳も見て欲しかったのですがとてもいい出せませんでした。 しかし先生に質問があり思いきって話したら「しっしっ、あっちいけ」という仕草とともに回答はしてくれました。私が先生の態度にショックを受けて固まって立ち尽くしていると先生は追加で一言二言フォローしてくださいました。 歳を重ねると話したいことをすぐに話せなかったり、質問にテキパキ答えることが難しくなってきます。そういうことは全て無視で診察終了です。 正直「これでお金とるのかぁ」と思いました。残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。

待ち時間長い。 返信ありがとうございます。 きちんと受付で予約していたのにも関わらずの長時間の待ち時間でした。無理なら嘘は言わず又は時間がかかることをきちんと患者に伝える。謝罪すべきだったと思う!待つのが当たり前みたいな態度がありえません。 個人的には二度と行きません! あんな態度が悪い病院には。挙句の果てには予約システム?そういう事じゃないよ。コチラはきちんと手順を踏みました。受付では15分がかりません。と言われて待機していてからの一時間以上の待ち時間でした(笑) まだですか?と受付に聞きに行ったら順番です。と(笑)それは解る。呆れました。何かの手違い?で順番が前後したのかは分かりませんが15分じゃあ無い時点で「おまたせしてすみません」位は言えなかったのかな?

毎年花粉症や突然の風邪の際にこちらを利用していましたが、違う耳鼻科へ変えようと思います。 まず、ネットで予約しても予定より1時間は結局待たされます。いくらネットで診察の順番や時間を表示されると言われても、長いです。 どこも耳鼻科は混んでると思いますが、ようやく診察の順番が来ても流れ作業のようにパパッと見られて終わります。今回どうしても気になることがあったので相談したいと思っていたのですが、診察を待っている間に熱が上がりうまく相談にもっていけず。薬を処方されても症状が落ち着かず次の日もまた長い待ち時間の末に診察し直してもらいようやく落ち着きました。個人的な部分になるかもしれませんが、気になることを相談しづらい環境だと思います。その割には周りの看護師さんは雑談をしたりする姿をいつも見ます。先生が数をさばかなければならないのは分かりますが… そして週2で吸入をしに通わなければいけなくなったので、吸入だけなら待ち時間なく処置出来ますと言われていたので行ったら、前回の診察が吸入なしのものだったので再度診察からの受付になります。とのこと…そんなの貰った紙にも書いてないし口頭での説明でも言われてないのでビックリ。前回の診察は結局、相談出来ず再度受診したことによるものだったので確かに吸入はしていませんでした。そういう決まりと言われたら仕方ないですが、元々相談出来ていれば1回で診察が済んだはずなのに。こちらは仕事の合間に来てるのに、特に謝罪もなく淡々としているのが逆にイラッとしてしまいました。 今回に始まったことではありませんが積もり積もったものがあったため、違う耳鼻科に受診することを決めました。症状が軽かったので今までは流れるような診察でも特に感じませんでしたが、いざ体が辛いような症状の時は向かない診察だなぁと感じました。非常に残念です。

The last examination eventually came because I was unable to talk to the hospital again because I was consulted again, so I did not actually inhale it. 耳に違和感を感じ受診。いつも行く耳鼻科が定休日だったためこちらを訪れました。 待ち時間はとても長くかかりましたが、どこの耳鼻科も長くかかる事が多いためそこに関してはまぁ仕方ないかなと思ってました。 しかし医師の対応は酷過ぎてびっくりしました。 質問に対してはほぼ無視で薬出すのでと言って終了。自分が不安に感じていたことには全く答えてくれませんでした。それに雰囲気も明らかに早く終わらせてしまいたいような雑な対応。こんなに酷い耳鼻科は初めてです。もう絶対に受診しません。 正直✩1つける価値ないです。
