高	高山直 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トラックを手配していただきましたが、やってきたトラックが、どこからの紹介で、どこに何を運ぶのか、まったく把握しておりませんでした。「新潟運輸様からのご紹介のトラックですよね？」って聞いても、「ニイガタウンユ・・・・？？」って感じで。一体、何次受けなんでしょう・・・。集荷を依頼した時間帯と届け先の住所が一致していたので、ようやく識別できましたが（ただし住所は〇〇県〇〇市までしか聞いていなかった模様）届け先の住所（番地まで）、電話番号、届けてもらう荷物、取り扱いの注意など、新潟運輸さんの方にはメールで細かにお伝えして了解を得ていたはずなのに、改めてもう一度ゼロから業者に説明しないといけず・・・。（しかも「そんなんきいとらん！」ってタメ口で態度悪いし・・・）自社のトラックはないんでしょうか。 HPもないような、ビジネス上の礼儀も知らないような、街の中小企業のトラックをただ単に中抜き手配してるだけの会社のようです。 I had you arrange a truck, but I had no idea where the truck was introduced from and where it would be carried.
