ここが管理する賃貸を契約する方はご注意を。
I signed a contract to rent a real estate managed here, but it wasn't cleaned at all and dead insects were scattered around. I don't know if the cleaning is outsourced to another company, but I doubt the responsiveness.
Please be careful if you have a rental contract managed here.

上からの騒音に悩み、相談してもここの女性スタッフから「あなたの気のせいです。我慢しろ。」ということで終わらされました。
騒音録音データをお渡ししてもわかりませんの一点張りで対応が杜撰な上に不快な思いをするだけです。
★１すら付けたくないほどの気分が悪い会社です。
