★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 良い店員さんもいましたが、態度の悪い店員がいて、妊娠中なのに余計なストレス感じました。アプリの使い方聞いても無視。最後良い店員さんは挨拶してくれましたが、態度の悪い店員は近くにいるのにわざと無視。こんな店員いる所二度と行かない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ベビー・キッズ・マタニティー用品がお得なお店。駅チカはあまりない西松屋ですが、ここは川崎駅からすぐ！！他の西松屋とは違って服が高いところに陳列されてないので手に取りやすいです。同フロアにはベビーからキッズまで遊べる施設がたくさんあるので家族連れで来てもこどもが飽きずに過ごしてくれるのでその間買い物が出来ます。今まで西松屋は電車では行きづらいところが多かったですが、川崎駅すぐということとキッズスペースが充実したルフロンということでこれからたくさん利用させて頂きます。

態度が上からでレジでイラッとしました。
ここの店には二度と行きません。
別の店員は親切だったから上の人間はちゃんと把握されてはいかがでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 未就学児用品店。品揃えは良いが、いつ行ってもなぜか100cmサイズの服だけ少ない。靴も今一つかな。土日祝はレジに長蛇の列、子連れの場合は平日に来ましょう。ラゾーナのアカチャン本舗のほうがレジや商品数が多いのでちょっと残念な感じ。
