・価格：やや高いデパート価格が基準だな…この会社は基本がデパート出店なので…
せっかくうまいのに、場違いな感じ。新座のすみっこではなく、イオンモールとかのほうがバカ売れするだろうに…庶民層対象の出店センスがないね。スーパーに宝石店があるような感じ。
あと、隣がうどん屋なのだから、コラボすればいいのに。お茶もセルフで共用化するとか。
うどん＆おにぎりセットってメジャーでしょ。
イオンモールなら、高級茶とセットで高く売れそう。カップスープ仕立ての高級味噌スープとセットでもいいよね。
結局、出店と価格設定がミスマッチで売れ残り、半額の立て札をすぐ出すけど、それでも中々はけていかない。リヴィンの北京飯店？みたいな感じだね。不採算をデパート売上げで補填するのかな。
店舗数も少ないので、どこでも食べられるわけでもなく、知名度も上がらない。中途半端。
たまごやエビ天のおにぎりは非常にうまいので、もうちょっと器用に商売してほしい。
