I'm going to buy clothes for my wife and children. Since the store is large and the staff are smiling, it's helpful that the kids don't have to worry if they let go of their hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 商品は豊富で文句なしです。ですがいつもレジにいる50代くらいのメガネをかけた女性店員の愛想が悪い。混んでるならまだしも、子供がにこにこ手を振っても基本知らんぷり。もう少し愛想よく対応することはできないのですかね。
The products are plentiful and perfect. However, the female clerk in her 50s who always wears glasses at the cash register is unfriendly. If it's crowded, even if the child waving his hand, he doesn't know the basics. Isn't it possible to respond a little more amiably?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供服の種類も豊富で安くてよく使わせていただいてますが、不良品等の問い合わせの電話を何回かけても出る気配ないのは何故でしょう??
30分置きにかけたり、次の日にかけてみたりしても一向にでません。子機ではなく、誰か代表者が出るように1人だけ専用の携帯でも何でも持ったらいいんゃないでしょうか??こんなに電話に出ないお店初めてです。
There are many kinds of children's clothes, and they are cheap and often used, but why don't you seem to answer the phone for inquiries about defective products many times ??
Even if you put it every 30 minutes or try it the next day, it doesn't work at all. Isn't it okay to have a mobile phone for one person so that someone can get a representative instead of a handset ?? It's the first time for a store that doesn't answer the phone like this.
