★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレのタンクの水漏れで、急ぎのリフォーム業者を探していました。ホームセンターなどに問い合わせて見たところ、2週間以上先になるとの事で困っていましたが、近くのリフォーム会社さんならと検索したところアーバンサービスさんにお願いする事になりました。
その日のうちに来ていただき、見積り書と提案書も出して貰いました。
スピーディーな対応に本当に助かりましたし、誠実さも感じられました。
又機会があれば利用させて貰いたいです。
 I was looking for a remodeling company in a hurry because of a leak in the toilet tank. When I contacted a home improvement store, I was in trouble because it would be more than two weeks away, but when I searched for a nearby remodeling company, I decided to ask Urban Service.
He came on the same day and gave me a quote and a proposal.
It really helped me with the speedy response, and I felt sincerity.
I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ トイレの床の段差解消とドアの向きのリフォームをお願いしました。どちらも本当にきれいにやっていただき感謝しています。特にドアの向きに関して、他社さんには「壁紙も外側の壁や廊下まではがさないと工事できない」と言われたのに、アーバンサービスさんはまったくそんなことなく、枠と扉の工事だけできっちりきれいに仕上げてくださいました。他にもこちらが見落としていた照明の位置なども指摘・変更してくださるなど、本当に信頼しておまかせできる会社さんです。またなにかリフォームなどする時は必ずお世話になりたいと思います。
