私が以前他地域でお世話になった担当者はキチンとしてくださったのに地域によって対応がちがうんですかね？
その後、結局柿の実は全て落実し葉も落ちきり管理会社自体は相談を聞く以外に相談者に対しては何もしなかったようです。
