★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もともと肩こり、腰痛が酷くて整形外科を受診。脊柱管狭窄と言われ湿布を貼ったけど治らず。5分程歩くと痛みが出て辛かったので来ました。
肩こりは序盤で改善。腰痛は6回目くらいから30分以上歩ける日が出てきて、10回目くらいにはほぼ毎日30分以上歩けるようになった。手術しないと治りませんよと言われていた状態だったので、改善するか半信半疑だったので、感謝してます。肩こり、脊柱管狭窄の方にオススメです！
