It is a shrine in Koishikawa Korakuen. I don't know the history. It is enshrined at the tip of Akamon at the back of the park, which is not on the map.

赤門をくぐった先にある静寂と木漏れ日が幻想的な雰囲気を醸し出していました。
錦春はキンシュンと読み、桜や他の花々が錦を織ったように咲き乱れる様を指す言葉です。境内には花々はほとんどありませんでしたが、もしかしたら昔は花をつける木々が多い繁っていたのかもしれません。
いつ建立されたものかはわかりませんでしたが、木組みや屋根、装飾などを見るとどうも戦後の建立ではないかと思います。
It is a small Inari at the edge of Koishikawa Korakuen.

Nishikiharu is a word that refers to how the cherry blossoms and other flowers bloom as if they were woven. There were almost no flowers in the precincts, but maybe in the old days there were many trees with flowers.
