★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仙台で牛タンを食べたいと思ってて社員旅行でいけて念願叶いました。値段分からなかったんでなんともですが、それなりの値段しないと美味しいもんは食べられないんだろうなと。
 I thought that I would like to eat beef tongue in Sendai and I wish for a company visit and I got a wish. I did not know the price, but I guess it is impossible to eat delicious food unless it costs a reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1歳の娘と一緒だったのですが、祖父が誤って赤ちゃん側にテールスープを置いてしまい、娘がテールスープを牛タンにぶちまけてしまいました。
せっかく楽しみにしていた牛タンがテールスープまみれになってしまいました。
スタッフの方がすぐに交換しましょうか？と声をかけてくださったのですが、こちらの不注意ですし、高価なお品でもあるので、お断りしました。
どんよりしたムードで食事をすることになり、味もよくわからないまま、食べ進めていたところ、スタッフの方が、せっかくお越しいただいていますのでこちらを召し上がってくださいと新しいものを持ってきてくださいました。
大変優しいお心遣いに感動しました。
おかげさまで美味しい牛タンを、食べることができました。食事というのは気分によってこんなに味が変わるんだなぁとも思いました。
大変楽しい山形、仙台旅行になりました。またお店に来たいと思います。

My grandfather accidentally put the tail soup on the baby side, and the daughter knocked the tail soup on the beef tongue.
The beef tongue which I was looking forward to very much became covered with tail soup.
Shall we replace the staff soon? He called me out, but I refused because it was careless here and was also an expensive item.
I was going to eat in a mood that was overwhelmed, and while I was eating as I did not understand the taste well, the staff members came to me with great care, so please bring me a new one, please eat here.

Thanks to you, I was able to eat delicious beef tongue. I also thought that the food taste changed so much depending on the mood.
It was a very fun trip to Yamagata, Sendai. I would like to come back to the store again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 芯たん定食を注文し、1口目で冷めていました。皿がキンキンだったのですが、暖めるようなオペレーションはしてないのか、パートのおばちゃんばかりなのでそういう事がわからないのか…仙台駅周辺の店舗でそういった経験がないので非常に残念。
I ordered a core-tan set meal and it was cold with the first bite. The plate was kinkin, but I wonder if it's not an operation that warms it up, or if it's just a part-time aunt, so I don't understand that ... I'm very sorry that I haven't had such an experience at stores around Sendai Station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチを食べました、牛タンの塩味と味噌味のミックスは飽きずに食べる事が出来ます。
牛タンも厚みがあり、食べ応えはあります。
御飯のおかわりも出来るのが良い。
I ate lunch, and I can eat the mixed salty and miso flavor of beef tongue without getting tired of it.
Beef tongue is also thick and has a satisfying taste.
It is good to be able to refill the rice.
