★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この薬局に処方箋を持って行った際、受付の女性からその処方箋を受け取った責任者らしき男性がひと言「ないです。」と…。はじめ、意味がわからなかったので「はい?」と聞き返したら、こちらに処方箋を見せ「これないから。」とぶっきらぼうに言い放ちました。
そのひと言のみで、申し訳ありませんとか、すみませんとかの言葉もなく態度が横暴なのでびっくりしました!!もう二度とこの薬局には行きません。
今まで色んな薬局にお世話になりましたが、こんなに態度の悪い薬剤師は初めてです。頭に来たので、「では結構です!」と言って、別の薬局に行ったところ、そちらも在庫がなかったのですが、わざわざ取り寄せてくれ、時間がかかるからと言って、数時間後に自宅まで届けてくれました。ファーム薬局とは雲泥の差です。そちらの薬局の薬剤師さんに、ファーム薬局の対応をお話ししたところ 、その薬剤師さんもびっくりしていました。同業者がびっくりするくらいなので、普通に酷い対応なんだなと改めて感じました。
When I brought the prescription to this pharmacy, the man who seemed to be the person in charge who received the prescription from the woman at the reception said, "No." At first, I didn't understand the meaning, so when I asked "Yes?", I showed him the prescription and said "I don't have this."
With just that one word, I was surprised because my attitude was domineering without words such as sorry or sorry !! I will never go to this pharmacy again.
I have been taken care of by various pharmacies, but this is the first pharmacist with such a bad attitude. When I came to my head, I said, "It's fine!" And went to another pharmacy, but it wasn't in stock either, but it took a few hours to order it. It was delivered to my home. It is the difference from the farm pharmacy. When I talked to the pharmacist at that pharmacy about the response of the farm pharmacy, the pharmacist was also surprised. I was surprised by my peers, so I felt once again that it was a terrible response.
