いつも混んでいるのですが、平日の15:00頃なら予約なしでも入れることが多く、16:00過ぎるとほぼ埋まってしまいます。
The staff are all very nice.
It is always crowded, but at around 15:00 on weekdays it is often possible to enter without reservation, and after 16:00 it is almost full.

めっちゃ混んでました！予約していたのでスムーズに施術していただきました。
久々のマッサージで、ちょっと一眠りしながら癒されたいと思いましたが、めっちゃ喋りかけられて眠れませんでした…
でも、楽しく、コリもなくなって、体が楽になり、満足しました！

After a long time of massage, I wanted to be healed while sleeping for a while, but I couldn't sleep because I was so talked about ...
However, it was fun, I got rid of stiffness, my body became easier, and I was satisfied!

10％オフの時は近づかないようにしてますが(なかなか混むので)、それ以外は午前中飛び込みもしくは事前予約が推奨です。
音楽がかかっていますし、私は全然気になりませんが新幹線の通る音、掃除員さんの機械の音などがしますので雑音無しの空間で施術してもらいたい！みたいな方でしたら他店をおすすめします。
スタッフさんは人柄もよく雰囲気もいいので私はこれからも通います。
I own a LUMINE card, so I go to Raffine relatively often.
I try to stay away when it's 10% off (it's quite crowded), but otherwise it's recommended to dive in the morning or book in advance.
There is music, and I don't mind at all, but there are sounds of the Shinkansen passing through and the cleaner's machine, so I want you to perform the treatment in a noise-free space! If you like, I recommend another store.
The staff has a good personality and a good atmosphere, so I will continue to attend.

また行きたいと思います。
