★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前管理する物件に住んでいました。窓口の電話対応は大変雑で敬語すらろくに使えません。「折り返す。確認する」と言って折り返しの電話がきた試しがない。こちらから催促を何度もしないと動くことすらしません。営業？も大変雑で担当の方に繋いでもらおうと電話するとどんな時間帯であっても外出中ですの一点張り。会話になりません。この営業所だけでなく、大和リビングの管理する物件には二度と住みません。非常に不愉快な思いを何度もしました。
もし迷われてる物件がある方、絶対にやめて下さい。必ず後悔することになると思います。他の不動産会社、管理会社の物件を検索しましょう。
I lived in a property I managed before. The telephone service at the counter is very rough and cannot be used with honorifics. There is no attempt to call back and say "check back." Even if you do not remind me many times from here, it will not even move. Sales? It is very rough, and when you call to get in contact with the person in charge, you are out of the office at any time. It will not be a conversation. I will never live in a property managed by Daiwa Living as well as this office. I had many very unpleasant thoughts.
If you have a property that is in doubt, please do not stop. I think you will always regret it. Search for properties from other real estate companies and management companies.

私が大和リビングから受けた事を下記に記載します。
①公式ホームページからメールでのやり取りを希望したが、1通メールが来ただけであとは電話対応にされた。
②電話がかかってきたのですぐに折り返したが、営業時間外で繋がらない。
③内見の予約をしたが、当日4時間前に不動産側から碌な説明もなくドタキャンされた。
④週末に2件目の空室状況確認依頼し、担当者から「週明けすぐに折り返します」と言われたが、そこから一週間放置。
⑤電話をかけて担当者の呼び出しをお願いすると、「繫忙期なのでいません！」と?りつける様な口調で返された。
⑥久しぶりに担当者から電話がかかってきたと思ったら、「退職するので引き継ぎしたい」と、依頼していたことと全然違う対応をされた。
電話対応は⑤の対応者を除いて問題ないと感じましたが、忙しいのか全体的に杜撰な対応が目立ちます。
おそらく入居後のサポートも期待できないでしょう。
私は二度と大和物件を利用しようと考えませんが、これを読んでもD-ROOMに入居したいという方がいれば、大和リビングを利用せず、評判の良い不動産を介してD-ROOMを探してください。

I felt that there was no problem with the telephone response except for the respondent in (5), but the overall response is conspicuous whether it is busy or not.
You probably can't expect support after moving in.
I will never use Daiwa Property again, but if you read this and still want to move into D-ROOM, do not use Daiwa Living and look for D-ROOM through a reputable real estate. give me.
