職人の方はとてもしっかりしていて
説明も分かりやすくとても良かったですが、
ジャービスの方が本当に非常識で、
工事が何度も何度も延期になり、
その上連絡がなく、
やっと工事当日、朝一でお会いした時に
謝罪の言葉が全くなく驚きました。
隣の実家の駐車場に許可なく勝手車をに停め、
挙句斜めに駐車しており
本当に腹が立ちました。
実家には私たちが謝りに行く始末。
まず、駐車する前に一言許可をとる事が
普通だと思っていました。
他にもたくさん思うところがあり
ここまで適当な仕事をする会社あるのだろうかと疑うほどです。
さすがにこのままではまずいと思い
担当の方に直接このことをお伝えした時
いえ、こちらも色々ありまして…笑 と
笑っていた事もありえません。
ただ謝ればいいということではないと思います。
本当に嫌なお取引でした。
