初めて話を伺いに行き、営業の方の対応がとても良く親身になって話を聞いて頂き、ここで話を進めてみようと決めました。
When I was talking to my wife to build a one-story house, my wife found Hodley Home on the net and asked her about it.
I went to hear the story for the first time, and the sales people were very friendly and listened to me, so I decided to proceed with the story here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京在住でしたが老後の生活などを考え、私の故郷である栃木に移住することを決意し、ネットで見つけた平屋専門のホーデリーホームさんの見学会に参加しました。
家の基礎や使用している材料などローコストとは思えないほどしっかりとした造りでとても気に入りましたが、住宅ローンの相談会で実際にかかる費用が意外に多いことを知り、自営業で世帯年収が低い私たち夫婦には新築購入はかなりハードルが高く感じて、ほぼ諦めた状態で帰りました。
ところが、数日後その時の担当者（新人の方でした）から連絡があり「○○様のマイホーム・ドリームを叶えられるよう精一杯協力させてください」との嬉しい言葉をいただき、背中を押してくださいました。その後は私たちの予算に合わせたモデルを次々とご提案いただき、かなり難しいと思われた住宅ローンの申請についても積極的に粘り強く挑んでいただき、結果的には希望額以上の借り入れができました。
この担当の方に出会わなければ家の購入は実現できなかったでしょう。（実は他の住宅メーカーにも何社かアプローチはしていましたが、どちらでも購入は厳しいと判断され見放された状態でした。）本当に感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
Although I lived in Tokyo, I decided to move to my hometown of Tochigi, considering my life in old age, and participated in a tour of a one-story house specialist, Hodley Home, which I found online.
I really liked the basics of the house and the materials used because it was so solid that I couldn't think it was low cost, but at the mortgage counseling session, I learned that the actual cost was unexpectedly high, and I was self-employed and earned an annual household income. We felt that the hurdles for purchasing a new building were quite high for us couples who had a low income, so we almost gave up and went home.
However, a few days later, the person in charge (who was a newcomer) at that time contacted me and gave me a happy word, "Please cooperate as much as possible to make XX's home dream come true." Please push your back. I did. After that, we asked them to propose models that fit our budget one after another, and they actively and persistently challenged us to apply for a mortgage, which seemed to be quite difficult. As a result, we were able to borrow more than we wanted. ..
I wouldn't have been able to buy a house without meeting this person. (Actually, I approached some other home makers, but both of them were judged to be difficult to buy and were abandoned.) I am really grateful. Thank you very much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 現在はアパートに住んでいますが、子供が産まれた為一戸建てを検討。平屋が第一希望で、各ハウスーメーカーを見て回る予定でしたが、一番最初に見に行ったホーデリーさんの営業マンの対応がとても心に残り、夫とも話し合い他は見ずにここに決めました。担当営業マンは僕は新人で…と言いますが、知識もしっかりと頭の中にあり、教育もしっかりされているというのが分かるほどです。私たちも話を聞きながら感心してしまいました。私たちの要望を良い面悪い面から教えてくれて、親身になって話を聞いてくれるこの方に出会えて良かったです。今希望の家が出来ることも分かり、素敵なおうちが出来そう。今から本当に楽しみです！
I currently live in an apartment, but I am considering a detached house because I had a child. One-story was my first choice, and I was planning to look around each house maker, but the response of Mr. Hodley's salesman who went to see it first was very memorable, and I talked with my husband and did not look at anything else. I decided on. The salesman in charge says that I am a newcomer, but I can see that he has a solid knowledge and education. We were also impressed while listening to the story.
