★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 責任者？らしい女性職員が教育者としての素質に問題があるように思えます。保護者の前だけは親切なようですが、每日のように些細なことで怒り、子どもたちを大声で怒鳴りつけています。本当に悪いことをしたのならともかく、早とちりや理不尽なことで子どもが怒られてないか心配です。遊びの時間も禁止事項が異常に多いですが、それは怪我の責任を取りたくないためでしょうか。完全に無責任な大人の都合ですよね。すぐ怒鳴る先生や多くの禁止事項のせいで、子どもがのびのびと過ごせる環境ではないようです。子どもたちはいろんな意味で窮屈そうです。
