★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冷蔵庫が壊れたので修理してもらおうと電話をしてみたのですが、私が使っていた冷蔵庫は特殊なものみたいだったようで、色々調べてみるので翌日お電話します、とのことで翌日来た電話で話を聞いたら部品を交換しないといけないが、該当する部品が存在しないので無理、との事でした。
結果的には無理でも丁寧に対応していただいたのでそこは良かったです。ただ対応してくれた女性は、いちいち話が長いです。悪い人ではないでしょうが。
