再修理について自分達に非が無い様に振る舞い真摯に謝罪しない。コーポレートガバナンスゼロ。これで業界2位の老舗会社とは恐れ入った。個人には適当な対応しかしない最悪企業。2度と関わりたく無い。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文化シャッターのオート機能付きシャッターを使用していて、車のルーフが接触しました。本来なら、車が近づきシャッターが開けば開いたままなのですが、何故かシャッターが降り接触破損し、BP工場で40万円以上の修理となりました。他にもオート機能でシャッターが降りてくる事例があるにもかかわらずリコール等にもかけず。
破損したことも、報告書では自分で注意しろと言う始末で、音信不通になりました。本当の原因究明も行わずのうのうと売っています。
文化シャッターは、責任が取れない会社なので、
やめた方がいいです。
