Each time I've had a different experience but they all have one thing in common, poor front desk service to the point of refusing service. I have been seen by three different physicians and the service provided by them has been pretty standard (regular to bad) but the front desk is just mind blowing. My visit previous to this one was also quite frustrating as I felt racially profiled, and then this time I was refused service by the staff and was asked to come on a different day as if I could just postpone my medical needs for a day.
