担当の千歳さんが数ある保険から条件と価格を比較検討してくださり、
元々入っていた火災保険よりも条件面が良く価格が半分以下の保険に入り直すことができてすごく感謝。
医療保険の検討も併せて行って、保険に関して全く知識がなかったが、コロナでの自宅待機時でも10万円の一時金を受け取れる医療保険に入り、終始親切で分かりやすく教えていただいた。
相談前に飲み物を提供があり、女性スタッフさんがメニューにはないけど気を利かせてアイスカフェオレをいただいたり、スタッフさんの雰囲気もすごく良かった。
あと土日にも営業していて予定を合わせやすかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been thinking of applying for medical/hospitalization insurance for quite some time but didn't know how to begin. My wife saw this Hoken no Madoguchi in Sunny Mall Nishikasai and told me to go there to try and ask.
I went to their office with many questions in mind, undecided but the moment I stepped into their office, I was politely greeted by the manager who happens to be free during that time. He told me that it would take some time for the consultation so I had to properly arrange a schedule. The consultation went well and I ended up feeling happy that finally I was able to apply for the medical/hospitalization insurance and a life insurance that suits my need and my capacity to invest into. I am very satisfied and happy with the way everything was explained and how all my questions were answered. The manager and the staff are very welcoming and very polite.
Napaka-accomodating po ng manager and staff at napakalinaw ng kanilang explanation. Hindi po sila magsasawa sa mga tanong na meron kayo. Tutulungan po nila kayo upang mahanap ninyo ang saktong insurance plan na gusto ninyo, at swak sa budget ninyo. Napaka-bait po ng manager na nag-explain sa akin. Mula sa consultation hanggang sa closure ng application.
