木曜日に仕上がりますと言われ、言われた通りに木曜日に取りに行くとまさかの定休日…
木曜日は定休日なので金曜日に来てくださいとか一言も無しです。
初めて利用したので定休日なんて知りませんでした。
確認しなかった私も悪いかもしれませんが一言欲しかったですね。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごく助かりました。他所のクリーニング店ではチラ見で断られたものを引き受けてくれ、しかもそこよりどのアイテムも安くて仕上がりも綺麗でした。内心思っていましたが今まで何年も綺麗にならないのに高い料金払っていたのカノう？と後悔しました。汚れや傷みが酷くてもクリーニングがカノうか、新切に相談に乗ってくれただけでも嬉しかったのに、綺麗になって大満足です。
