に	にに on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外にある100円カートを利用し返却しようとしたところ、コインの挿入口が錆びていたのか100円を抜き取る事ができませんでした。店内に貼ってあった連絡先に問い合わせたところ10分程繋がらず、やっと出たと思えば担当者からの折り返し連絡を待つように言われました。洗濯物を回していた為しばらく店内で待っていましたが1時間経っても電話は掛かってきませんでした。仕方がないので一度家に戻り、ペンチを持ってきて無理矢理100円を抜き取りました。本当なら洗濯の待ち時間に買い物をしたかったのに予定が狂いました。その後帰宅しましたが、担当とやらから電話が掛かってきたのは折り返しを待つように言われてから4時間程経った後でした。「どんな状況ですか？」と言われたのでペンチで抜いて解決した事だけ伝え電話を切りました。色々と事情があったのかもしれませんが対応が遅すぎです。今後利用する方のためにしっかり全てのカートの点検をして欲しいです。 When I tried to return it using the 100-yen cart outside, I couldn't pull out the 100-yen because the coin slot was rusted.
