追加料金でパーソナルトレーニングを申し込むとしっかり教えてくれます。
客層は値段相応なので、夜に行かれる予定の方は見学して判断されると良いかと思います。
Although the membership fee is low, it is a high gym for amateurs. There is no explanation on how to use the machine even for the first time.
If you apply for personal training at an additional fee, it will teach you well.
