★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話したところ、（若い男性職員でしたが）かなり高圧的な物言いです。
こちらの話を遮って『休みだから（平日の昼間ですが何が？）問い合わせを受け付けてない』等、とりあえず電話を切ることしか頭にない物言いで一方的に捲したててくる…。
以前訪問の際に職員さん側から依頼された、アポイントを取るための電話でしたがそれも伝えることすら叶わず。
一方的に電話を切られました。
コロナで急な訪問はご迷惑かと思いましたが、皆さんは何を言われようとも直接伺ってその場で対応いただくのが確実だと思います。
