甘めの濃いタレで美味しかったです。 守山区で評価の高いお店だったので気になってて行ってきました。 こじんまりとしたお店ですが雰囲気も良く、運良く肝が頼めて先に出してもらえたので焼きの待ち時間もほどほどにいい感じでした。お米は普通な感じでしたが、うなぎは外パリの中ふっくらで美味しかったです! 駐車場は店前に4台。場外に4台と行ってました。 2階席もある感じでしたが、評価が高いお店なので日によっては並ぶのかな? また伺いたいと思います。

下記投稿から1年程たって昼食に長焼き定食などをいただきました。【焼き】は以前よりは良くなりましたが、まだ皮が生焼けっぽい食感(ぬめっという感じ)の部分がありました。残念。もっと経験積んで修業して腕を磨き続けてください。今日はタレが濃い印象。辛かったかなぁ、あとでお茶をガブ飲みしました。 地元では人気なので後味も追求してくださると嬉しいです? 10数年ぶりに行きました。全体的な味付けは濃く甘く。白ご飯はつやつやふっくら美味しい炊き上がり。量は多め。 30 年前の先代の焼き加減と味。大好きでした。 今は息子さんがやっておられます。 うなぎ 世代交代直後よりはずいぶん美味しくなりました。先代の焼きに近づいてきています。 一口め、炭のかおりが広がります。 食べ進めると、身の方に少し焼きの甘い箇所がありましたが、皮目は焼けています。 お値打ち・ボリュームありますので、通いたい。これからもっと旨くなるうなぎ屋さんです。 漬け物 とても美味しいです。女将さん始めみなさん明るく親切で幸せな気持ちでお店をあとにしました。

今回は丑の日前にうな秀さんのうなぎをいただきました。 このコロナ禍ですからお持ち帰りで自宅でいただきました。 いつ食べてもとっても美味しいです。 現在の大将は二代目 前の大将の味を守りつつ いや、美味しくなってる。 とても丁寧な仕事をしてくれてます。 うなぎ屋さん だし巻き玉子も絶品です。 今回はいただいていませんが 肝焼きも絶品です。

初訪問。口コミはかねがねで、気になるお店として期待を胸に来店。贅沢に中詰丼上をオーダー。一口目、タレが甘すぎるかなと感じましたが、食べ進んでいくうちに舌が馴染んで良い感じに!鰻自体の身は厚みはありませんでしたが、ジューシーでふわパリの焼き上がりで、一気に完食。当日は、団体さんが入ってたみたいで、11:30前にタイミング良く入店出来、注文から15分もかからずに着丼!満足でした。ご馳走様でしたー!次回は白焼きで一杯やりたいな~。

美味しかったです! 接客も良く、何も悪い点がない。 ただ1つ 箸置きが欲しかった、、、 一品料理の後にメインがくるまで 箸を置く所がなかったのでコップの上に置くか 割り箸の袋に戻すか、、です。

守山区の地元に愛されるうなぎ屋さんですが、カリカリ焼きに甘めの旨味たっぷりのタレがかかっており、焼きが強めが好みの方には凄くおすすめです。 肝焼きはない日も多いので、お席予約と一緒に取り置き頼むとよいですね! 肝焼きを頼んで、上中詰め丼に乗せて食べると最高でした!
