搗き立てのお米が美味しいのは当たり前ですが、厳選されたいいお米を仕入れているんだなとすぐに分かりました。
西暦1700年代後半、天明時代から九代にわたりその家業を守り続けてこられたのは、いいものだけを扱っているからだと思います。
店員さんはさすがに精通されており、それぞれの品種の特徴など解りやすいレクチャーをしてくださいます。自分好みのお米に出会えるお店だと感じました。
配達もしてくださるそうです。PayPay使えます。
