 It's been about five years ago that this company went crazy. Due to the one-man management of the current female director and the current factory manager, the engineers almost quit, and the technical capabilities of most of the processes became almost amateurs in just five years without any handing over to their successors. There is no future for the company unless the management team is renewed.
