★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの不動産通してで2018年中古一戸建て買いました。担当は男性の井上さん、購入前に住宅診断すると言ったらやってもお金の無駄です築四年ですしやらなくても大丈夫と押し切られました。
住んで一年、壁紙が剥がれてきて水漏れ、支柱のひび、階段と壁の間に5ミリほどの隙間、電気の通電していないコンセント、床の歪みからくる便器の割れ、ここには書ききれないほど色々問題がでてきました。
今更住宅診断を頼もうとしたところ、床下入り口もの通気口もなく、天井もはいれる入り口がないことが発覚しました。
リフォームにはかなりの出費になります。
住宅診断していればわかったことなのかもしれないと思うと悔やまれてなりません。
売りたいがために、不利になることはさせません、いいません。
営業の人の言うことを真に受けてはいけません。
宅建業法では住宅診断をさせないようにすることは違反になります。
建築課相談窓口に行ってきます。
