M	MISATO YOKOTA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブランドのバッグのクリーニングをお願いしたのですが汚れが落ちていると思えなかったので返金をお願いしました。電話に対応して頂いた職人の方は、最初バッグを見たときに落ちないかもしれないと思ったので連絡すれば良かったのですが。でもこちらとしては努力はしました。ヤスリで削ったり。（スエード部分なのですが、こちらとしては落ちないなら削って欲しくなかったです。）落ちてなかったらすいません。という感じでした。え？まだ何かあります？ちゃんとやりましたけど？という感じで失礼だと感じたので、その後代表の方とお電話で話しました。（この際も最初は上のものはいませんけど。と言われ、本当にいませんか？と伺ったらいや今はいません。という感じでした。後でお電話くださいとお願いしました。）代表の方は、一通り作業はしました。落ちたかどうかはお客様の感じ方次第なので返金はしません。ということでした。商品を確認したり写真を送ってくださいなども何もなく…。最初から取り合う気がないのがありありとわかりました。７分間の電話でしたが最後はわたしが話している間に向こうから電話を切られました。クリーニング以上に対応が残念でした。ホームページが綺麗だったので信用してしまいましたがこちらの口コミをチェックすれば良かったと後悔しています。 I asked for cleaning of the brand bag, but I didn't think it was dirty, so I asked for a refund. K	K Adachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ルイヴィトンの様なキャンバス地のバッグのクリーニングを依頼しました。預け渡しの際には、どの様にして汚れがついたのかを聞かれたり、汚れは取れるが生地自体にダメージがついてしまうかもしれないとの説明があり、高級品を多く扱っているからこその信頼感を感じられ、お願いをしました(もっとも、バッグは外部に委託しているとのこと)。 1か月過ぎにクリーニング終了の旨の連絡をいただき、期待いっぱいで来店しました。受取りの際、バッグをその場で確認をしたところ何も汚れが落ちてはいませんでした。何より悲しかったのが、バッグを確認した私が「汚れ落ちてませんね」と言ったことに対しての「そうですねーすみませんー。ではお会計～」という返答でした。そもそも汚れは落ちるというからお願いしていますし、また外部への委託にしろ自社での作業にしろ、作業後の検品及び報告はないのでしょうか。もちろん納得できる結果の場合には報告は必要ありませんが、汚れがまったく落ちていないにも関わらず電話で終了の旨のみ連絡され、また店頭でもダメでしたね～のように流されたのが悔しくてしかたありません。高級品専門と謳っているのに、高いお金(13000円程)を支払ってまでクリーニングをお願いする気持ちを理解されていないのでしょうか。宣伝がお上手で、また依頼までは充実したサービスのようですが、実際の店頭での一連の件及びバッグの状態からこのような評価とさせて頂きます。 I asked you to clean a canvas bag like Louis Vuitton.
