できれば土地から購入し、好きな工務店で建てたいと考えていました。
なかなか思うような物件に出会えませんでしたが、こちらの希望を理解してくださり、ほぼ希望通りの物件に出会うことができました。
こちらの希望が通るように交渉もしていただき、とても親身に対応してもらえました。
土地や一戸建てに詳しく、頼りになりました。ありがとうございました。
 I was looking for a single house in Ibaraki city.
If possible, I wanted to buy it from the land and build it at my favorite construction shop.
I couldn't find the property I wanted, but he understood my wishes and I was able to meet the property almost as I wanted.
