さ	さふぁいあ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/18 レンタカーの予約に行きましたが、態度がイマイチだし、あんまり理解してなさそうで不安しかありませんでした。ちょっと日本語の通じない若者って感じですね。 1/27追記案の定借りに来たら希望と違う物を渡された。伝えると慌てていたようだが 3、4回も念を押して言ったにも関わらず予約を間違えてたじゃすまないだろう。仮に仕事内容が分からずに居たのであれば周りに助けを求めるべきだし、近くにいた人もたまに口を出していたんだからしっかり教えるべきだと思うが。二度と借りたくありません。レンタカーを貸すのがまともに出来ないのならカラオケ屋だけやってろ。 1/28追記 27日に書いた通り、26日の23:30頃の予約で借りに行ったレンタカーが、店の手違いで違う物を渡され、急遽別の所から希望するレンタカーを用意してもらいやっと引き渡されたのが27日0時半頃。そして24時間のレンタル契約だったので28日の0:10頃に返却しに行ったら 23:30からの貸出だから、超過料金と日付を越えたから保険代も追加で払えと言われた。こちらが店のせいで待たされて0:30になってしまったのにおかしいだろ、と言うと契約内容を変更してませんでした、払わなくていいですと言われたが、管理が甘すぎるのでは？ありえない。ずっと不快でした。 1/18 I went for a rental car reservation, but my attitude wasn't good enough, and I didn't seem to understand much. M	M C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カラオケで伺いました。各務原のジャパレンが予約いっぱいだったのでこちらでカラオケを2名で予約しました。予約時『まだ何時でも空いてます』との事だったので『11時からだとどういう料金設定ですか？』と尋ねたら『何時からでも終わりは一緒です』と言うので頭の中はハテナでいっぱい。何時から何時に設定しても料金は同じなのかと思ったら15時までは2,800円、20時までだと…と言い出したので心の中で違うやん！と思いながら聞いてました。フリープランと時間制との違いとかどちらが得だとかアナタはわかるかもしれないけれど、こちらは素人なのでわからないんですよ〜と心の中で呟いていました。忙しいのはわかるけど、もう少し料金プランについて親切に教えて頂きたく思います。お部屋やトイレはキレイでした。が、冷蔵庫の中は…。持込みで冷蔵庫使用される方は冷蔵庫の中もアルコールで拭いた方が良いと思います。 I visited at karaoke. m	mjd mat on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応が悪いです。スタッフさんにもよるので一概には言えませんが、男性のスタッフの方の対応には不快を感じました。会計待ち、カウンターにスタッフがいなかったため呼んだのですが、誰も来ず。電話対応している方が1人。（上記男性）数分待ち、電話が終わりこちらに来るものの『お待たせしました』の一言もなく、「○○円です。」とさっさと会計業務。いくらカラオケ店だからといっても接客業のひとつです。とても残念でした。 Correspondence is bad.
